Behavior Analyst (BCBA): The Behavior Analyst assesses skills across the following domains: pre-academic, language, social, play, executive function, cognitive, and motor; develops and implements treatment plans; conducts functional assessments and develops behavior intervention plans as needed; designs data collection procedures to support data-based decision making and monitors client progress; leads on-going staff training and participates in planning team meetings as needed; and provides training and instruction to parents.

Minimum of a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
Certified with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board
Must maintain credentialing in compliance with the BACB
Must complete supervision courses as outlined by the BACB

Have at least two years’ experience designing and implementing behavior modification intervention services.

Behavior Consultant: Under the direct supervision of the BCBA, the Behavior Consultant oversees the implementation and maintenance of client programs; conducts parent and therapist meetings; conducts paraprofessional competencies and field evaluations as directed; supervises lead therapists and paraprofessional as directed; assists BCBA with the creation and implementation of treatment protocols and behavior support plans; maintains accurate client files and records; and assists in the development of teaching and training materials as needed.

Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
Minimum of three years’ experience implementing behavioral intervention programs to individuals within their home, school, or clinical setting.
Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts are preferred

Behavior Interventionist/Therapist: Under the direct supervision of the BCBA and Behavior Consultant, therapists implement 1:1 behavioral intervention programs to children in their homes, clinic, and/or serve as instructional shadows in school settings.

1. Have completed twelve semester units in applied behavior analysis, early childhood education, special education (or a similar) AND
2. Have at least 40 hours of ABA training.

ALL staff members must possess the following:
No criminal history as evidenced by clear criminal background check and fingerprint clearance
Have a dependable vehicle
Possess current CPR certification
Show proof of a negative TB test (last test within one year); and submit proof of immunity or immunization to rubella, rubeola, varicella, measles, and pertussis. Last pertussis vaccination must have been completed within the last 10 years.
